Order Processing and Packaging

– Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.

– Each pearl piece is presented in a luxury jewellery box, with protective padding in a sturdy outer mailer (no rattles!).

– We use eco-friendly materials where possible, like recycled cardboard.

High-Value and Fragile Items

Pearl jewellery is valuable, so we always use insured services. For orders over £300, we automatically upgrade to a specialist courier with coverage matching your order value. Contact us for custom insurance if needed. [4][7]

Delivery Instructions

– A signature is required on all deliveries.

– If you’re not home, a card will be left for collection or re-delivery.

– Provide a safe address (e.g. workplace) for high-value items. We can’t be responsible for theft from insecure locations.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

– Track your order via the provided link.

– Claims for lost parcels must be made within 14 days of dispatch.

– Damaged items? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos for a free replacement or refund.
